HTM is hiring a Technical Advisor for its Vehicle Management team in The Hague. The role supports nine technical specialists responsible for trams and buses by safeguarding technical decision-making, quality, compliance, and consistency; managing proposals for changes and configuration management; leading safety reports; encouraging technical innovation; contributing to asset-management plans; improving asset performance; and achieving cost reductions. The position requires a versatile specialist with knowledge of both mechanical and electrical engineering, relevant public-transport or automotive experience, strong Dutch and English communication skills, and the ability to prepare advisory reports. The role offers a gross monthly salary of €5,422 to €7,503 under the HTM collective labor agreement, along with public-transport benefits, a year-end bonus, leave options, and study facilities.
