Description
TrendAI is hiring a Technical Advisor to serve as a strategic, customer-facing cybersecurity advisor for assigned enterprise customers. The role owns the post-sales lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, success planning, executive business reviews, customer health, renewals, and retention; advises on security architecture, threat detection, XDR, endpoint, cloud, identity, and AI-driven security; and partners with Sales and other internal teams to support account growth and platform expansion. The position requires at least seven years of cybersecurity experience, enterprise security-team experience, strong customer engagement skills, and the ability to communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.
