Description
CRS is recruiting a Technical Advisor II to provide technical leadership and advisory support for child protection and care systems strengthening across participating countries. The role supports regional and country program teams with program design, implementation standards, governance, social service workforce, financing, safeguarding, monitoring and evaluation, proposal development, capacity building, knowledge management, and donor and partner relations. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least eight years of relevant international advisory or management experience, including at least three years supporting child protection systems strengthening or related programming, and prior experience providing technical assistance and developing successful external donor proposals. The role may be performed remotely and on-site, requires fluency in English, and may require travel of up to 35%.
