Description
The Emergency Health Advisor provides technical advice, guidance, and support to regional and country program teams on emergency health program design, implementation, standards, proposals, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, and donor relations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in clinical or public health, at least eight years of relevant international advisory or management experience, three years of health-program development and implementation experience, and prior experience providing technical assistance and developing successful external donor proposals.
