Description
CRS is recruiting a Technical Advisor II – Family Strengthening to provide technical leadership and advisory support for family strengthening, safe family-based alternative care, child protection, safeguarding, case management, reintegration, kinship care, foster care, and family support services. The role supports regional and country program teams, develops technical guidance and proposals, strengthens partner and government capacity, contributes to monitoring and evaluation, and coordinates with the Child Protection and Care System Strengthening Technical Advisor II. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least eight years of relevant international advisory or management experience, and prior experience providing technical assistance and developing successful external donor proposals. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish or French a plus; travel may be required up to 35%.
