Description
The Supplier Quality Engineer - Technical Advisor develops complex supplier and product quality solutions, advises Supplier Quality professionals, and partners with suppliers, customers, purchasing, manufacturing, and engineering teams. The role leads supplier selection, APQP and PPAP execution, manufacturing process and measurement system design, product reliability and validation, continuous improvement, and learning-and-growth initiatives for the global Supplier Quality Engineer team. It requires an engineering or related technical degree, preferably 10 years of manufacturing or engineering experience in the automotive or a similarly regulated industry, and at least 15 years of Cylinder Block and Head Machining experience. The position is based in Shanghai or Wuhan.
