RTSL is hiring a Technical Advisor for Surveillance, Data Use and Decision Science to support public health surveillance and data governance in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The role provides technical mentorship, capacity building, data analysis, visualization, dashboard and report development, and stakeholder collaboration to improve disease detection, notification, investigation, confirmation, and early response. It is a one-year renewable fixed-term contract with a three-month probationary period, remote work, and benefits including health insurance, retirement contributions, leave, professional development, and equipment.
