Aiven is hiring a Technical AEO Manager to own the company’s visibility in AI answer engines and improve citations, recommendations, signups, pipeline, and revenue. The role combines AI visibility measurement, technical SEO, content structure and retrieval quality, agent-journey analysis, third-party presence, and experimentation across marketing, product, sales, developer relations, documentation, and web engineering. It is a hands-on individual contributor role in the Revenue Marketing team with a hybrid work policy.
