Federated Co-operatives Limited is hiring a Technical Agronomist for its Ag Solutions team on a permanent full-time remote basis across Alberta. The role combines hands-on agronomy, training leadership, field validation, and digital-agriculture enablement to support Co-op Ag teams, commodity and retail strategy, product adoption, and sales and marketing initiatives. The position requires 6–9 years of progressively responsible experience, including 5 years in field agronomy, a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, and travel within the territory 2–3 days per week or as needed.
