AIR Communities is hiring a Technical AI Program Manager to triage enterprise AI requests, shape directional solutions, manage AI initiatives from concept through production, track spending and ROI, and align technical, functional, and executive stakeholders. The role requires 8+ years of software engineering and technical program or product delivery experience, ideally with AI/ML systems, along with strong technical fluency, program governance, stakeholder leadership, and executive communication skills. Compensation is $170,000-$190,000 plus an annual bonus, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
