Captivation Software is hiring a Technical AI Requirements Systems Engineer to support the planning, design, implementation, testing, and delivery of mission-critical enterprise software integrating AI-enabled capabilities. The role works with customers, systems engineers, developers, and AI stakeholders in an Agile environment, translating requirements into technical specifications and user stories, performing functional validation, and evaluating AI architectures and integration tradeoffs. Candidates must hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance, be U.S. citizens, and have a bachelor’s degree plus at least five years of lead system engineering experience.
