Description
The Technical Analyst will support technology resilience programs by collaborating with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams; troubleshooting recovery challenges; converting technical data into actionable insights; producing recovery test reports and executive presentations; and driving incident remediation and recovery exercises. The role is hybrid, contract-based, and pays $36–$46 per hour, with experience in infrastructure support, cloud operations, or a related technical field, strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, and proficiency with dashboards, reports, PowerPoint, and Excel.
