Description
The Technical Analyst supports a technology resilience program by collaborating with technical teams to identify recovery blockers, produce recovery test reports and executive presentations, drive remediation after incidents and during recovery exercises, and participate in discussions involving servers, databases, networking, storage, cloud platforms, backup and recovery technologies, and enterprise applications. The role requires experience in infrastructure, cloud operations, disaster recovery, application support, systems administration, or related fields, along with strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, presentation, and spreadsheet skills.
