Description
The Food Safety Technical Officer will report to the Shift Technical Manager and monitor, control, and audit production processes; manage conformity and non-conformity; investigate food safety incidents using root cause analysis; support external accreditation such as BRC and Morrisons manufacturing standards; and support new product launches. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach, strong communication, PC skills, food experience in a technical or similar role, and ideally a HACCP or food safety qualification.
