SUMMIT Entertainment Ventures is hiring a Technical Analyst for SUMMIT Paris to provide first-line and advanced end-user technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage desktop and mobile fleets, maintain ITSM records, conduct software audits, train users, and coordinate with vendors. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or related IT qualification, at least two years of relevant technical support experience, and expertise with Windows administration, Microsoft Intune, configuration management, deployment, MDM, LAN/WAN, and audio/video technologies.
