Description
Durham University’s Computing and Information Services department is hiring an End User Computing Support Officer to support the supply, installation, lifecycle coordination, repair, and request processing of endpoint hardware such as PCs, Macs, phones, and tablets. The role involves assessing hardware requirements, managing fulfilment and service requests, coordinating PC deployment, handling loss, theft, damage, and repairs, and providing advice to staff and students. It is based at Boldon House in Durham and operates in a hybrid remote and on-site capacity.
