Description
The Technical Analyst I supports retail technology initiatives across Staples by coordinating deployments for store openings, relocations, remodels, closures, refreshes, and special projects. The role analyzes requirements and dependencies, partners with internal teams, vendors, and service providers, investigates operational and technology issues, supports lifecycle management and security remediation, maintains documentation and asset records, monitors project risks, and identifies process improvements. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 0–2 years of relevant experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and availability for occasional after-hours deployments.
