Description
Mondelēz International is seeking a technology enablement and project delivery specialist for talent acquisition technology ecosystems. The role assesses and improves HR technology capabilities, evaluates AI and innovation opportunities, leads technical workstreams, designs and configures solutions, supports proof-of-concept testing and complex changes, and delivers functional solutions across the full project lifecycle. It requires HR technology and system implementation experience, especially hands-on Workday Recruiting configuration, with additional desirable exposure to other Workday modules, Paradox, and HiredScore, plus business case development, ROI and risk analysis, stakeholder communication, and leadership presentation skills. The position is a regular hybrid Service Operations role in Global Business Services, with no relocation support.
