UCB is hiring a Technical & Interface Coordinator for its BelTech Projects & Portfolio Management team at the UCB campus in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium. The role serves as the technical interface between Maintenance and Engineering teams, translating operational needs into technical specifications, supporting design reviews, commissioning, handovers, training, and technology adoption, and ensuring maintainability requirements are integrated throughout project delivery. The position requires an engineering or related degree, experience in GMP or highly regulated industrial environments, knowledge of automation and industrial networks, CMMS and SAP experience, and French and English communication skills. The role follows a hybrid-first approach with 40% office time.
