Description
The Maintenance Manager will lead technical activities at an industrial site in Hainaut, overseeing installations, equipment, infrastructure, corrective and preventive maintenance, calibration, quality actions, procedures, KPIs, budgets, subcontractors, suppliers, and the CMMS. The role also manages technical failures, supports operational development, and supervises the technical team. Candidates need a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience, significant industrial experience, French and English proficiency, industrial maintenance knowledge, CAD skills, and strong organizational and communication abilities.
