Description
The Technical & Simulation Support Specialist is a Tier 2 support technician responsible for supporting campus and remote classroom, back-office, and SimCare equipment and services. The role provides intermediate technical support, coordinates equipment inspections and repairs, builds software packages, supports networks and servers, troubleshoots for staff, students, and faculty, and assists with SimCare training and equipment setup. It requires approximately 10 hours per week, an associate's degree in a technical field, two years of desktop or help-desk experience, two years of Microsoft Active Directory experience in a large network environment, entry-level networking, data, and voice experience, and Chamberlain University SimCare Technical Support Certification. The expected salary is $55,000 to $65,000, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and holiday benefits.
