Description
The Technical Application Analyst IV is the lead technical owner for an application portfolio, directing daily production support, incident response, root cause analysis, release readiness, vendor coordination, operational readiness, and service quality. The role oversees enterprise and banking applications, complex integrations, databases, middleware, monitoring, and ITIL-aligned governance while mentoring analysts and supporting audits, disaster recovery, and business continuity. It is an in-office position in Abilene, Texas, and requires a bachelor’s degree, typically 10+ years of application or systems support experience, senior technical leadership experience, and advanced SQL and application-support expertise.
