The role develops application standards, reference architectures, reusable solution frameworks, and best practices; translates customer requirements into differentiated solutions; and coordinates with Sales, Product Management, R&D, and other Agile Units. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, power electronics, energy systems, or an equivalent field, plus at least five years of customer application engineering or related experience in critical power, UPS, energy storage, or power conversion.
