Keylane is seeking a Technical Application Engineer to join their TAM (Technical Application Management) team for Benefits-Plaza. The role involves managing the availability, performance, and security of the Benefits-Plaza platform, particularly for customers in the Life & Pension domain. Responsibilities include incident resolution, monitoring, supporting new environment setups, overseeing webservice configurations, executing patching/upgrades, certificate lifecycle management, participating in audits and disaster recovery, contributing to process automation, and driving capacity management.
