Keylane is hiring a Technical Application Engineer for its Technical Application Management team to support the availability, performance, security, and continuous improvement of the Benefits-Plaza SaaS platform. The role involves incident resolution, platform monitoring, ITIL service requests and standard changes, web-service integrations, maintenance and patching of RHEL, DB2, and Tomcat, certificate and secure-deployment management, audits and disaster-recovery exercises, and automation of operational tooling. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in IT or a related technical field and at least five years of experience in technical application management, infrastructure operations, or a similar role managing business-critical applications. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, a one-year contract convertible to permanent status, and a monthly gross salary of €3,600–€4,200.
