Description
The Technical Application Manager will ensure the availability, stability, and evolution of a portfolio of critical production applications in Fribourg. The role coordinates maintenance and change requests, participates in application projects, collaborates with architects and stakeholders, maintains monitoring dashboards and technical documentation, supports support teams, manages supplier relationships, and oversees service quality. The position requires higher education in computer science or equivalent experience, software development experience, strong .NET and Azure DevOps knowledge, microservices and API expertise, cloud knowledge, Jira and Confluence experience, excellent communication skills, and perfect French; it is not open to remote work.
