Description
Epicor is hiring a Technical Application Specialist to provide technical support for SaaS applications, API integrations, and related technologies. The role involves diagnosing and resolving software, configuration, data, connectivity, and integration issues; communicating planned product changes and maintenance; documenting cases; collaborating with technical teams; performing manual testing; creating knowledge-base documentation; and delivering customer training. Candidates need at least three years of relevant technical application or SaaS support experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience, and knowledge of APIs, integrations, databases, Microsoft technologies, and cloud storage.
