Description
Zepz is hiring a permanent technical architect/software engineering professional for its marketing engineering context in Cape Town. The role focuses on designing and building scalable backend services and integrations that connect FinTech infrastructure with Marketing objectives, using Java, Kotlin, or TypeScript alongside Spring, Python, NodeJS, ReactNative, AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and the Grafana LGTM observability stack. The successful candidate will own large projects, translate marketing requirements into technical solutions, maintain clean and tested code, mentor peers, and use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity. MarTech or Marketing Engineering and FinTech scale-up experience are beneficial. The role is hybrid and requires regular attendance at the Cape Town office.
