Actiu is hiring a Construction Manager to coordinate the technical execution of projects from proposal through final delivery. The role combines office-based technical documentation and value engineering with on-site supervision of construction, quality, certifications, contractors, timelines, and costs. Responsibilities also include coordinating corporate renovations, industrial buildings, showrooms, and temporary exhibition stands. Candidates need a degree in architecture, building engineering, or a related discipline, 5–10 years of responsible construction-site experience, AutoCAD proficiency, knowledge of cost and schedule management tools, and familiarity with Spanish building regulations.
