Soros Fund Management LLC is hiring a Technical Architect to own the technical direction of its platform, designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems and guiding engineering teams through implementation. The role covers distributed-system architecture, cloud and infrastructure-as-code, security, testing, AI/LLM and agentic-application governance, technical debt, performance, and collaboration with product, business, and security stakeholders. Candidates need 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in architecture or technical leadership, along with extensive financial-services domain experience. The base salary is $200,000–$250,000, with eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus.
