Quark- Grupo Sener is hiring a Technical Architect, Building Surveyor, or Building Engineer to support the Works Execution Management team on data center and critical building projects in the Community of Madrid. The role covers budgeting, quantity takeoffs, specifications, BIM quantity extraction, cost estimation, value engineering, regulatory compliance, technical reviews, schedule monitoring, documentation, permits, and sustainability evaluation. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least two years of similar experience, BIM and project-management training, constructability analysis experience, and B2 English.
