Description
Avathon is hiring an Engagement Director to lead the commercial health, executive relationships, strategic outcomes, and delivery governance of its largest and most complex customer engagements. The role manages multiple concurrent strategic accounts and cross-functional FDE teams, owns engagement P&L and expansion opportunities, leads executive business reviews and steering committees, drives adoption and value realization, and develops Program Managers and Delivery Leads. The position is based in Pleasanton, California, or Austin, Texas, with travel up to 80%, and offers a California base salary of $170,000 to $220,000 plus performance bonus, equity, and health, dental, and vision coverage.
