Description
TTEC Digital is hiring a NICE Technical Architect to architect, design, and deliver scalable NICE CXone platform solutions while leading a team of consultants. The role owns technical delivery for projects executed from India, collaborates with onsite teams, clients, sales, and project managers, participates in solution engineering and pre-sales, and supports training and practice growth. The position requires strong NICE CXone, CCaaS, software development, cloud, networking, and enterprise architecture expertise, along with 10+ years of customer experience or contact center technology experience and 3+ years of NICE CXone and UC experience. The architect will work from the Hyderabad office.
