Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a ServiceNow Technical Architect to design, develop, test, maintain, and manage the ServiceNow platform and its integrations. The role collaborates with business analysts, IT teams, product owners, cybersecurity, testing, and other stakeholders; troubleshoots platform issues; supports architecture and lifecycle management; identifies improvement opportunities; and mentors junior ServiceNow developers. Required qualifications include a degree in a related field or equivalent experience, at least six years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience with an architectural focus, broad exposure to ServiceNow modules, and experience with integrations, scripting, reporting, Agile development, performance tuning, release upgrades, CSDM, and security and compliance.
