Description
The role is a technical architect for a real-time voice copilot serving veterinary care coordinators. It owns the architecture and delivery from validated proof of concept through production, including streaming speech-to-text, LLM field extraction, Chrome-extension delivery, AWS infrastructure, latency and cost optimization, model A/B testing, evaluation, monitoring, and safe rollback. The architect will lead the AI Engineer and pod, manage client expectations, transfer knowledge, and support production estimates and architecture options. The role requires at least 6 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering, production voice-AI experience, strong LLM and AWS skills, and consulting or client-facing seniority.
