Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years in the games industry, with at least 4+ years in technical art leadership or management roles.
Proven experience leading and developing Technical Art Managers or Leads across multiple subdisciplines (Rendering, Rigging, Shading, or Pipeline).
Deep knowledge of game art production pipelines, with strong expertise in real-time rendering and/or rigging, and the ability to guide managers in technical decision-making.
Broad familiarity with multiple aspects of the 3D art pipeline (rigging, modeling, texturing, shading, integration).
Strong background collaborating with cross-discipline partners in art, engineering, and production.
Demonstrated success in hiring, mentoring, and developing leaders to elevate team performance and craft quality.
Hands-on technical experience with major game engines (Unreal, Unity, or proprietary).
Proven ability to align stakeholders across disciplines and regions around a shared technical vision.
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex technical strategies to both creative and technical audiences
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Passion for League of Legends, with an understanding of cosmetics and player expectations.
Preferred Qualifications: Broad experience shipping stylized AAA content
Programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, C++, C#) to collaborate effectively with engineers and provide informed guidance on tools and workflows.
Experience improving pipelines, tools, and workflows at scale.
Multilingual skills (e.g., Mandarin) to support collaboration with partner studios.
