HydraForce is hiring an active employee for its Technical Assembler Rotational Program, which rotates participants through nine manufacturing and quality departments including support, inspection, honing, assembly, testing, auditing, warranty, manufacturing engineering, and lean manufacturing. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–2 years of hands-on technical experience, mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills, measurement ability, safety and teamwork, and strong learning agility. The program pays $18–$22 per hour during the rotation and may lead to a permanent role with higher pay.
