Description
The Technical Asset Manager will manage landlord-side technical asset initiatives across a regional real estate portfolio, leading major and minor CAPEX projects from technical due diligence and feasibility through design, permitting, procurement, contracting, construction, and handover. The role oversees budgets, costs, compliance, risks, reporting, and stakeholder coordination with internal teams, authorities, contractors, architects, and engineers, while supporting new site operations and onboarding readiness. It requires a relevant engineering or architecture degree, 3–5 years of experience in technical asset or real estate project management, knowledge of local building and fire regulations, fluency in Italian and English, independence, teamwork, and willingness to travel.
