Description
Devotum is seeking an experienced Technical Asset Manager in Structures to act as the facility owners’ representative for a complex infrastructure facility in Stockholm. The consulting assignment runs from 2026-12-07 to 2027-12-06, is full-time, and is hybrid with the possibility of remote work. Responsibilities include managing maintenance contractors, planning maintenance and reinvestment, leading asset management plans, reviewing technical documentation, preparing project orders, and ensuring high-quality asset data. Candidates need a civil engineering degree, at least five years of infrastructure or BEST project management experience, five years of technical asset management experience, Concrete Certification Class 2, strong administrative and financial understanding, and very good Swedish language skills.
