Description
The Technical Assistant supports the design, deployment, and ongoing performance of Cathelco’s ICCP, MGPS, and USP protection systems across the global fleet. The role specifies systems, produces installation manuals and engineering drawings, supports the worldwide agent network and customers, troubleshoots onboard systems, analyzes vessel log sheets, and records system information in Salesforce. The position requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, communication skills, English fluency, and willingness to undergo training; engineering-drawing knowledge and a passport are preferred.
