Randstad is hiring a Technical Engineer who also serves as Assistant Team Lead for Plopsaland De Panne’s infrastructure team. The role coordinates maintenance and repair work, leads the work floor when the Team Leader is absent, manages technical interventions and small projects, ensures safety and quality compliance, contributes to process improvements, and communicates with internal stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Electricity, or HVAC or equivalent practical experience, strong electricity and plumbing knowledge, leadership experience or readiness, organizational and communication skills, and flexibility for regular weekend work. The position is full-time, permanent, and pays a gross monthly salary of €2,643 to €4,909.
