SPITZKE is hiring a Technical Assistant (m/f/d) with immediate effect to support geotechnical site experts and construction management on nationwide rail infrastructure projects. The role involves assessing geological material quality, sampling and documenting geotechnical data, coordinating with construction teams, and traveling approximately 80% across Germany. Applicants need completed vocational training, ideally relevant construction, engineering, or laboratory/testing experience, a car driver’s license, and the ability to work independently and flexibly. The position is based in Großbeeren, Brandenburg, with above-tariff expense allowances, attractive compensation, and 30 days of vacation per year.
