Description
The Technical Assistant for Epitaxy/RTP supports Equipment Engineers during capacity expansion by planning, installing, and commissioning epitaxy and rapid thermal processing systems, coordinating hardware startups and MAE releases, and maintaining high machine availability through SPC, FDC, Xsite, and R2R. The role also includes independent simple maintenance and repair, equipment inspections, downtime documentation, spare parts coordination, 5S work, and training maintenance technicians. Candidates need vocational training in a technical field, semiconductor or epitaxy/RTP experience, German and English language skills, and EFT/EFK qualification.
