Description
Artelia is hiring an Electrical Construction Surveillance Engineer to support construction and commissioning activities at the Manic-2 generating station in Baie-Comeau, Québec. The role inspects work quality, provides technical support, tracks schedules, coordinates contractors and third parties, manages technical documentation and non-conformance reports, and serves as the technical reference for site managers. The position requires a DEC in electrical engineering or relevant experience, at least five years of experience, construction surveillance experience, knowledge of turbine-generator systems, a valid Class 5 driver’s license, an ASP Construction card, and strong French proficiency. The contract runs from the end of March 2026 to mid-December 2026, with possible extension, and includes accommodation, travel support, and other benefits.
