Description
Artelia is hiring a Construction Surveyor for the Manic-2 Generating Station in Baie-Comeau. The role oversees quality management and compliance on construction sites, monitors schedules and technical documents, coordinates contractors and project parties, supports construction managers, reviews contractual and technical files, and contributes to surveillance programs and commissioning. The position requires a DEC in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering or relevant experience, at least 10 years of experience, construction surveillance and project management experience, a valid Class 5 driver’s license and ASP construction card, strong French, and availability to travel throughout Quebec. The schedule is 5 days of 10 hours or 14/7 depending on the site, with accommodation in Baie-Comeau and a contract starting as soon as possible until mid-December 2026, with possible extension.
