Simtra is hiring a Technical Assistant (m/f/d) Quality Oversight at its Halle/Westphalia plant to monitor aseptic manufacturing processes, document and track corrective actions, observe employee behavior, instruct corrections, escalate deviations, guide batch-record documentation, check cleanroom status, conduct cleanroom studies, and contribute to continuous improvement. The role requires a STEM bachelor's degree or relevant technical/vocational training, strong communication and analytical skills, and willingness to work shifts and weekends.
