The Technical Assistant to the Production Management supports Production Management with operational coordination, production planning, maintenance scheduling, batch and manufacturing data tracking, production evaluations, process optimization, quality checks, and material coordination. The role also involves smaller mechanical and electrical tasks, hands-on production support, and representing Production Management during absences. Candidates should have a technical or skilled trades apprenticeship, strong technical understanding, organizational and communication skills, and willingness to work both in the office and on the shop floor.
