DuPont Electronics and Industrial is hiring an Applications Engineer for its Advanced Circuit & Packaging business in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The role leads and supports customer engagements for metallization products, including lead-free solder, Ni UBM/barrier layers, and copper applications such as copper pillars, RDL, TSV, and dual damascene. Responsibilities include customer demonstrations, product troubleshooting, data analysis, experimental design, instrumentation and electroplating operations, technical reporting, and collaboration with global development teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or a related discipline, wet-chemistry and analytical instrumentation experience, and legal ability to work in the United States.
