Description
BAE Systems is hiring a Technical Authority for Shared Infrastructure on the Type 26 Frigate. The role leads the technical design of the ship’s network, shared IT services, and hosting and computing environment for the Combat System, coordinates with the customer and platform integration teams, manages change requests and deliveries, and supports acceptance testing. It requires systems design, integration and test experience, networking and virtualisation awareness, and a degree or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline. The position is based in New Malden with a hybrid arrangement of three days per week onsite.
