Gritt is hiring a full-time Technical Autonomous Fleet Manager to oversee the deployment, health, and operational efficiency of autonomous construction robots at utility-scale solar sites. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and software issues; daily machine monitoring and maintenance; capturing field data for R&D; managing fleet logistics and spare parts; and optimizing robot utilization. The position requires a technical degree or equivalent hands-on fleet-management experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and extensive travel to active construction sites.
